The Hi-TECH 700 is a horizontal lathe with box guideways for Ø600 mm chucks, designed for large workpieces and tough materials. It features a solid cast bed, a high-precision spindle (37/30 or 45/35 kW), and a turret with 0.2 s indexing time. The 45° slant bed ensures rigidity and minimal thermal distortion, while the optional wide turret enhances stability. With ergonomic design and customization options, it’s ideal for precise, safe production.

The Hi-TECH 700 is designed for large workpieces and difficult-to-cut materials

The stable turret, upstream gearbox, and monolithic, solid cast iron bed with cast-on, ground box guideways are perfectly suited for machining particularly hard and tough materials as well as heavy workpieces.

The 45° slant bed is constructed to ensure maximum rigidity and precision with minimal thermal distortion during continuous operation. The automatic gearbox delivers enormous torque at low speeds.

Wide turret (optional)

An optional wider version of the Hi-TECH 700 turret is available, featuring 12 stations, each with two consecutive tool holders. This design accommodates long tools securely, enhancing stability and rigidity during the cutting process.
