Rigid machine structure

The extremely rigid box-in-box design and compact footprint of the A600 make it ideal for demanding machining tasks, automation, and integration into production lines.

High-performance spindle

The integrated spindle motor minimizes vibrations, noise, and power losses at high speeds. Spindle oil is delivered directly to the bearings for optimal lubrication, while temperature-controlled oil flows around the spindle casing to reduce thermal expansion. Real-time temperature and spindle expansion compensation on the control side ensures the highest precision.

High-precision feed drives

Even with challenging workpieces, the feed drives and linear roller guideways ensure smooth and stable movement. Directly driven ball screws provide rigid, inelastic power transmission. The machine automatically lubricates the linear guideways and ball screws at regular intervals.

B-axis drive

The highly precise worm drive and hydraulic clamps of the B-axis deliver exceptional torque and stability, crucial for roughing and drilling operations.
