5 Axis Machining Centers

The M series includes the models M1-5AX, M2-5AX, M3-5AX, and M4-5AX. These high-precision machining centers are known for their dynamics and powerful high-speed spindles, and are specifically designed for HSC and HPC strategies. They are primarily used in tool and mold making.

The models M3-5AX and M4-5AX are also equipped with high-torque spindles that provide exceptionally high torque. This makes them ideal for machining ductile materials as well as hard milling. The M4-5AX additionally features flat guides on the Z-axis, further enhancing its stability during demanding machining tasks.

The models of the D series, D2-5AX and D3-5AX, are versatile, linear rail-guided machining centers that are universally applicable.

Thanks to their heavy machine beds, weighing 10 tons (D2-5AX) and 15.5 tons (D3-5AX), the in-house manufactured spindles, and the high-quality components, the D2 / D3-5AX offer exceptional stability, high accuracy, and drive performance. The ergonomic design, high rapid traverse speeds, and easy automation make them the ideal choice for high-productivity applications – both for small and large production runs.
