Portal Milling machines

For extremely large workpieces and high masses of up to 15 tonnes, the models SIRIUS-1350, SIRIUS-1750 and SIRIUS-2500 are available in a gantry-based design. These are suitable for tool, die and mould making as well as for the machining of large-scale components with high cutting volumes.

Smaller workpieces from 850 x 500 to 1,200 x 600 mm can be machined using the SIRIUS-UM, SIRIUS-UL, SIRIUS-UX und SIRIUS-UZ models.

HSC milling machine for the highest precision and surface finishes

The 3-axis machining centre with a portal-based design and a reinforced rear wall ensures high precision and surface finishes - even with materials which are difficult to cut. Set up for HSC and HPC applications and with workpiece-adjusted traverse paths, these fulfil the highest tolerance requirements.
