The Hwacheon VESTA-1100 is the evolution of a proven success story. Building on the legacy of the VESTA-1000, this new generation vertical machining center delivers enhanced rigidity, faster dynamics, and superior machining stability for a wide range of applications.

Its robust structure with wide linear roller guideways and large 40 mm ball screws ensures long-term precision and vibration-free cutting performance. The high-speed BBT40 spindle with up to 12,000 rpm (optionally 15,000 rpm) provides excellent thermal stability, while 18.5 kW power and 118 Nm torque guarantee strong cutting capabilities for even the toughest materials.

The 1100 mm X-axis travel and large 1300 × 600 mm table with a 1,000 kg load capacity allow machining of large and heavy workpieces with confidence. Equipped with a 30-tool magazine, 30 bar coolant through spindle, and a 430-liter coolant tank, the VESTA-1100 ensures continuous productivity with minimal downtime.

Operators benefit from ergonomic design, including an adjustable swivel control panel, 15” display, and a choice between Fanuc 0i-MF Plus with Manual Guide i or Siemens 828D with ShopMill controls. Maintenance systems such as pneumatics, lubrication, and oil separation are easily accessible for maximum uptime.

Compact in footprint yet uncompromising in performance, the VESTA-1100 is designed for workshops that demand the highest levels of accuracy, productivity, and efficiency.
