The MEGA series is specially designed to offer maximum flexibility and efficiency even for the smallest batch sizes and demanding repair tasks. With a turning diameter of up to 2,700 mm, a workpiece length of up to 17 meters, and a weight of up to 40 tons, these machines are unbeatable when it comes to machining large and heavy components. Manual operation via handwheel allows for easy handling just like a conventional lathe – ideal for reworking and repairs. Thanks to numerous configuration options and a wide range of controls and equipment, the machines are tailored exactly to your requirements.

The flat-bed lathes of the MEGA series combine state-of-the-art NC technology with classic handwheel operation and are the perfect solution for single-part production, repair work, and machining of large and heavy workpieces.
