The new HMP series is an automation solution for machining centers that is designed to handle pallets with the standard formats and a max. weight of 2 tons fully automatically. The pallet pool is designed in rack construction, the number of floors from one to three - depending on the capacity requirement - can be individually adjusted. Due to the shelf construction, the space requirement of an HMP is extremely small.

Due to the shelf construction, the space requirement of an HMP is extremely small.
The linear robot in the center feeds the pallets through an automatical door to the machine. An HMP can be ordered for the automation of one or two machines (see pictures). A maximum of 21 pallets can be picked up for workpiece heights of less than 500 mm. For higher workpieces (up to 1,000 mm), the magazine can be adapted accordingly on customer request.
Loading and unloading is carried out conveniently and simply via the user-friendly set-up station.
